TO EXPLAIN STUFF:
Some of the characters have been changed/moved to suit the Underswap Universe, I don’t want this to be a mixed AU thing so some things are going to be different, some points of this comic are planned to be hilarious- while other bits tragic.
This wont be following the Hungergames Movie/Books AT ALL. It’s using the concept and vague things I recall from the books but I’m hoping it was obvious since the main characters (Chara and Frisk) are from the Fishing District rather than the mining one.
Also, don’t mind the random OC in there, I just really wanted to draw what I think a capitol announcer would wear ;;, I tried to make it ridiculous but now I love it omfg.
and yes- Chara and Frisk changed clothes. It’ll be in a later page that the humans are getting special treatment.
