one piece episode 983 spoilers IDK if ppl do spoilers for the anime but i am Giddy over it so i will gush like a dweeb, but below a Read More for safety

I think at this point any time luffy and kid argue about who did something or is stronger, in my mind i go ‘they should have a competition to see who the best kisser is next’

and then this episode comes out and  my excitement for the beast pirate disguises is everything i wanted, but with Kid just?? 100% being a tsundere. there is no heterosexual explanation for your rival saying this Sexy New Outfit looks really good on you and makes you look strong, and his immediate reaction is to blush and go ‘sh-shut up!’

it’s not like Kid is slow with quips either if you’re just making something to stretch the episode have him go ‘of course i look really strong to a weakling like you’ or some confident thing. but nope. Make the angry punk captain instead go all blushy over a genuinely compliment from his Rival

i just think they are Neat and should hold hands.
