Durante la clase, se realizo un ejercicio en el cual se jerarquizo por así decirlo a los estudiantes, ya que se observo quien lideraba al grupo, quienes lo seguían, quienes estaban en contra de las ideas del líder, y quienes de plano no hacían ni el mínimo esfuerzo de ayudar, para esto se dividió al salón en dos equipos, en el equipo uno se observo el liderazgo masculino, mientras que en el equipo dos el femenino, se observo la forma de organización de cada equipo, ya sea formal e informal, de igual manera se pudo identificar un organigrama tal vez no establecido, pero si con forma improvisada tal vez pero que ayudo a que el trabajo salga bien elaborado, también se pudo identificar las fortalezas, atributos y creatividad de cada uno de los individuos que integraban al equipo.

Este ejercicio nos ayudo a entender mejor la estructura organizacional , su utilidad, así como nos enseño a mejorar en nuestro sistema de organización.
