Yknow if Iris is the champion of Unova, then who is going to take over the Opelucid gym for Drayden? Like Iris is pretty young so its not even like shes going to retire. She may lose her position but I doubt Drayden is, like, rooting for that.

I'd really enjoy reading or even writing an unlikely meet up story where another character from the pokemon franchise becomes Draydens new protege for the position of Opelucid City gym leader. It could be a fun call back to a previous character in the same universe coming to Unova.

I'd considered Zinnia from the ORAS games for the position or Ryuki from the alola games, but I'm not sure.

I'm curious what the rest of the fandom thinks about this idea what character you guys could see in the position.

Entry #11 Drayden Aftermath

Lost Cuddles? on the way to Drayden. Not that surprised really. For being such a big pile of seemingly tough garbage, he was really just, well, garbage. Won’t be missed. Losing DestinyHrn will be a big loss however.

It figures I’d just spent 2 PP Ups on him prior to the battle with Drayden. Also, now that the battle is over, how does that guy eat with that mustache on his face? You can’t even see his chin, much less his mouth. Weird.

Down to LightMaxy and The Cure, with Viz This and SmashyMcGe as backup. Grabbed Sparkplug (Tynamo) from the box, gave him the Exp Share, maybe we can get him in shape in time for the final gym leader, who I believe is a Water-Type user.

As an aside, props to the team of Black 2 & White 2 for finally assembling a game with a gym leader that breaks the lvl 50 tier (and not just with one pokemon). Hasn’t happened since Giovanni in Red & Blue. I wonder why?

This game is strange.

I spent some time on what routes I could access between my houshold tasks, levelling my Pokemon, and evolving Jane into Reuniclus at long last. The gym was difficult to navigate and its trainers challenging, but finally I felled Iris with only two Pokemon remaining. Her Dragon Dance was quite terrifying, and the Dragon Tail may be of use to me. 

What surprises me though, is that the season has changed. When I began the game, it said that it was winter each time I loaded the game. When I picked up the game on this evening, as I left a building, suddenly it stated it was spring, and the whole landscape had changed. This was before I earned the badge, so it is not tied to my progress.

In any case, as I left the gym, Juniper came to tell me she knew nothing of reviving Zekrom, and speculated it would revive only when it met felt one was worthy.

...have we not been through this before? 

She showed me the gate and the way to Victory Road, and asked me if I regret my journey. I do not. She then gifted me a Master Ball. 

I was then told there is a storm on Route 7. Hm. I should head there.

That's right bitches. Drayden. Leader of the Opelucid City. Generally bad ass motherfucking dragon type gym leader. But enough about his personality. No one wants to eat waffles off his personality, am I right?

First up, DEM LEGS. Where have you seen such perfectly toned thighs? Gary Oak? Don't make me laugh! His muscles are practically popping out of his clothing. His arms, too with his hands encased in those sexy and stylish purple gloves.

And those eyes. You know what those eyes are saying? They're saying DON'T FUCK WITH THIS MAN, BITCHES. DON'T FUCK WITH HIM BECAUSE HE WILL KILL YOU. WITH HIS BEARD. HIS ALMIGHTY MAGNIFICENT BEARD."

Which brings us to the most important part. HIS BEARD. He could kill a man with that beard. And a grape. But how does he eat?
