Canarrow Drabble // Open to Saras

He had to go; there wasn’t any choice. A deal had been made and Samandra had come to collect. The sentence would be served and his team would be safe. Yet the devastation on Sara’s face and his name spoken like a plea had him hesitating. 

“Mr. Queen...“ the warning in the FBI agent’s voice wasn’t enough to stop him from dislocating both thumbs, the cuffs dropping to the floor. “Mr. Queen!“

“Give them a minute!“ He heard Felicity yell as she fought back tears while he closed the gap and wrapped his arms tight around Sara. 

“I’m so sorry...“

Leonard Snart always had a plan, and this one was good. He had taken account of the security system, which would mean that the police wouldn't know what he was up to until it was too late. What he didn't account for was that someone would happen to be nearby as he worked on the roof of the museum. When he heard a sound, he spun around and pointed his cold gun at the intruder. "You'll back off if you know what's good for you. This is your last warning."
