Knows about his sister and his mother, but as far as Nathan knows, has never met either of them.

He was born on June 13th, a date that will bring disaster in its wake.

When a physical touch is made between Nathan and his sister, they have the shared ability of power fusion of which they are both unaware.

Sometimes goes by Tommy Clark when on Rogue missions to protect his identity.

Frequently changes abilities according to the mission.

Can speak Japanese fluently. 

Due to the nature of their joint ability, Nathan can’t replicate Malina’s power.

Full Background:

The world will change on June 13th, however, unlike Malina, Nathan was well aware of some of the reasons why. On the day of their birth in the future, Hiro Nakamura made the difficult decision to bring Nathan and Malina back in time to 1999. They were separated to prevent those coming back from the future finding them. 

Of the twins, Nathan was always the more determined twin and had been told from a pretty young age than he and Malina were meant to save the world together. The two have met several times as children to test their joint ability, but both of their memories were erased right after to keep them from knowing too much. Although Nathan didn’t know everything, having been raised by Hiro and his adoptive mother, he was told a lot more about his past and where he came from than Malina had been. 

The months following Claire’s jump from the Ferris wheel brought danger for the Evos, putting Nathan and his family in jeopardy. For a time, Nathan’s memory was erased of any information having to do with Malina, the little he knew about the future, and who he really was. That’s when he started going by Tommy Clark. However, after about a year of running, Nathan got his memories back and has since joined the Rogue’s, helping to fight in the war.

Nathan still hasn’t met Malina since the last time they had their memories erased as children, though hopes to one day be reunited with her. He’s been told that the two of them meeting might be dangerous, and not just for because of their shared ability.

She used to be a spy for Rebel inside the government, but when things went south, Emilie had to leave.

Has a few contacts inside the government that she still keeps in touch with. They occasionally provide her with intel.

Was 13 when she first traveled back in time.

Full Background:

When Emilie was a little girl, her father passed away from cancer, leaving Emilie with her step mother who hated her. She verbally and physically abused her until one day, Emilie disappeared as her step mother was attempting to beat her. That’s when she found herself back at their house but several years later. It was sooner after Emilie’s father had married her stepmother.

Taking the opportunity,  Emilie left several notes in her father’s study, warning him about his new wife and begging him to go to the doctor. While leaving one of these notes, her father walked in, but before anything could happen, she found herself back in the present. 

And everything was different.

Her father had taken heed to the warnings and paid closer attention to his wife, getting a divorce when he first caught her beating Emilie. And he’d gone to the hospital in time to catch the cancer before it got too serious. He still made regular visits to make sure that it wasn’t coming back, but Emilie was beyond thrilled about what had happened.

She tried to tell her father about everything, but he thought that Emilie was just letting her imagination run a little wild. When Emilie got older, she decided to join the force, wanting to help kids who’d been in her previous situation. After a few years, she applied for a job in the Department of Homeland Security, hoping to help and protect others on a larger scale. She enjoyed it for a while, until the EHRA.

After Claire’s jump, her father finally believed Emilie’s story about going back in time and when the registration act took effect, he encouraged her to leave the DHS, not wanting anything bad to happen again. After a few months, she did and sought out Micah and Peter, deciding to help others by joining them in fighting the EHRA.

Works closely with Rebel and tries to get his jobs done through pacifist methods.

Occasionally meets with Peter, though he disapproves of Peter’s recent actions.

Full Background:

Hiro was an employee at his father’s company, Yamagato, when he got bored with his monotonous form of life and turned to his love for science fiction as a way to escape. He was a dreamer and who believed that having powers would be one of the best things in the world and was overjoyed when he discovered his ability.

Initially, he viewed it as a way to escape his life and have fun adventures with his friend Ando. The two traveled to Burnt Toast Dinner in Texas where Hiro hit it off with a waitress, Charlie Andrews. Unfortunately, Charlie died, a victim of Sylar’s. Hiro then traveled back in time to try to save her, falling in love with Charlie even more instead. However, Hiro’s ability rapidly began to diminish and he subconsciously traveled back to Japan before he could save Charlie.

With his ability fleeting, he worked hard to return, believing that a sword, the Kensei sword, would help him after he saw it in one of Isaac Mendez’s paintings. He vowed to find and acquire it and eventually did with the help of Nathan and Ando. He and Ando then went Isaac Mendez’s loft to follow their destiny but found Sylar had already killed him.

The duo followed Sylar to his mother’s house, getting a glimpse of the serial killer—as Gabriel Gray—and Hiro almost killed Sylar, but Sylar got the upper hand and broke the Kensei sword, along with Hiro’s spirit. Eventually, after some training with his father, Hiro met Sylar in Kirby Plaza along with the rest of the heroes and stabbed him through the stomach, only for Sylar to send him flying towards a building.

Acting on instinct, Hiro used his ability and appeared into feudal Japan at the beginning of an eclipse where he met Taeko Kensei, his hero. But Kensi was a drunkard who took advantage of his ability to heal. Hiro shaped him into becoming the hero he was supposed to be and instructed him on what to do so that Yaeko and he would fall in love. However, Hiro and Yaeko actually ended up falling in love and when Kensei found out, he became bitter and mistrusting of everyone.

The time-traveler eventually returned to his own time, realizing he couldn’t stay in the past, only to find out his father had been killed. When Hiro tried to go back and stop his father’s death, Hiro ends up taking with him instead. But just before he was killed, Hiro decided to see who killed his father instead of saving him. He hid, watching as his father was murdered, and was slightly shocked to see Kensei murdered his father.

He faced off with Kensei, going by Adam Monroe, and ended up locking him in a coffin to prevent him from releasing a deadly virus on the world. Hiro then returned to Yamagato Industries with Ando and was appointed CEO by his father’s will. While there, he was told to protect a secret formula, but Hiro immediately failed, letting it get stolen by Daphne Millbrook. After a drawn out struggle, Hiro eventually got the formula back and destroyed it, but not before it was used to restore several peoples’ abilities that had been taken by Arthur Petrelli.

Rebel later contacted Ando and Hiro, assigning them the task to save Matt Parkman’s child from the government, who eventually partially returned Hiro’s ability that was taken by Arthur. Although Hiro began to feel pain after using his ability, he still didn’t stop helping others.

Hiro’s migraines worsened and he accidentally teleported to Peter Petrelli’s apartment. Next thing he knew he found himself in the hospital where he helped Emma Coolidge see the beauty in her gift and unexpectedly teleported again, this time to the day Charlie died.

He ended up saving Charlie by making a deal with Sylar; to get rid of her blood clot and prevent her from dying, Hiro would tell him his future. Charlie was saved but then taken by Samuel Sullivan as a manipulative tool. He threatened not to give her back unless Hiro brought him and Samuel to the future.

Samuel then told him that Charlie was in the past and somewhere that only he knew. Hiro traveled back to save Mohinder from Samuel but Mohinder refused to let him stay at large so Hiro put him in an insane asylum for ‘storage’, to prevent Mohinder from speaking out. When he returned to the carnival and demanded Charlie’s return, Samuel refused.

Hiro then gained Lydia as an alley and took her back in time, showing her that Joseph was actually killed by Samuel. When he returned to the present, Hiro challenged Samuel, who got mad and had a carnie scramble Hiro’s brain, leaving him speaking jibberish and teleporting away.

Eventually, he collapsed again and was taken to the hospital.only to find out that he had a brain tumor. In his mind, Hiro faces a sort of jury of his peers — those who had died or were affected by his time — but comes out of surgery with his tumor successfully removed.

When Hiro woke up he discovered he had full control of his abilities again. After receiving an origami crane, Hiro set off, finding an old Charlie in a room down the hall. Charlie revealed that she was teleported back to the forties and lived a full life in which she is now dying of old age. Hiro believed all of his quests were finished but was reminded of the Sullivan Bros Carnival by Ando, who received a call from Noah requesting help. He returned to the carnival to help all of the carnies escape and, with the help of a super charge from Ando, teleported everyone to safety.

Hiro was part of the Fortis company for two years at Peter’s request. He turned over Yamagato Industries to his sister so he could continue being a hero and saving the world, dragging Ando with him. He was mostly made to recruit potential Fortis members and occasionally students for the school.

Since the EHRA, Hiro has traveled around the world a lot, especially lately, gathering forces to help strike back against the EHRA, which Hiro is completely against. He often checks in with Micah, doing what he can to get any Evos they know to be in danger back to safety.

Summary:

Lightning isn’t her favorite thing to use since getting struck by it was what killed her mother, but it’s very useful.

She loves using tornadoes and hail storms.

Wants to one day cause a tsunami, but also hopes the war never comes to that considering how much damage it would cause.

Full Background:

Erin grew up an only child and lost her mom at the age of 12 in a car accident, which Erin was also in. Their car was struck by lightning during a severe tornado storm. Although she’s a pretty tough cookie and generally hides her emotions well, Erin does miss her mom a lot, especially when her dad and brother just aren’t very emotionally supportive. Since the accident, whenever Erin thinks of her mom, it rains, and at first, she didn’t know why.

It took a few months for her to figure out that the weather was doing exactly what she wanted. It really hit home for her when Erin made it snow…in the middle of summer. She just sort of “wished” for it to happen one day, while sitting outside, figuring that maybe the rain happening when she was thinking of her mom wasn’t really a coincidence. Especially with all the news of people with abilities floating around.

After the realization that she could control the weather, Erin moved to New York from Virginia. She originally wanted to join the Petrelli School, but by the time Erin got the courage to apply, everything changed.

The senator was killed just days before, causing the registration act to become mandatory and forcing Erin to reveal herself. Soon after, she lost her tour guide job at the Museum of Natural History. It drove her completely crazy and she still doesn’t quite understand why something like that should affect employment. Since then, she joined the Rogues, wanting to fight for her rights. Losing her job made that decision for her, not to mention the way people have treated her since.
