I tried to think of a clever title, but couldn't. Good news, wedding dress fits. Bad news is it's definitely tight around the boobs (so tight that when I bent over the eyehook popped off). Best news: I look amazing and feel pretty. Which is epic.
In light of the crappy feelings earlier, I'm going to do a 30 day challenge. I'm not going to set a weight loss goal for myself, instead I'm going to go wild and try and set healthy goals. During this 30 days there will be a holiday and a weeklong business trip, so if I can make it through this, I can do anything.
In true L fashion, I'm making a list of my goals. I do better when I write stuff down. They are:
Weekdays eat between 1200-1400 calories. Weekends I'm going to allow myself to eat up to 1700, so I don't lose my mind.
Get 4 cups of veggies a day
Get 2 servings of fruit a day
Get 1-2 servings of dairy per day (per nutritionist)
6 days a week cardio. A minimum of 45 minutes (or an episode of the Good Wife).
In that, I'm going to continue to work on running.
Work out with the trainer 2-3x a week
Abs video 2-3 times a week.
Track my food. Try not to exceed 1500/day.
Try and eat as healthy as possible. (Pack my own snacks/food if possible).
Get a minimum of 2 cups of veggies a day (no clue if this is realistic or not, but I'm going to try!)
2-3 servings of fruit a day (think this will be easier than the veggies)
Wear my pedometer each day and hit 10k steps (which from my understanding will totally happen)
Drink my daily 10 cups of water
Try to workout 3 times while there for 30 minutes. Again no idea if this is possible given the craziness, but I'm going to try like hell.
