To be honest with everyone, Tim had kind of hoped he could ignore everything; and go into retirement without anyone really noticing. Though, the age he was now –– might not be fitting for such thing. Ed had been busy, or actually The Riddler had been busy. Tim had heard that on every bank, he had left a red feather– ironic almost. But what really gave it away, had been the number Ed had decided to steal from each bank. $181, 529.14 down to the cent. So Tim bein who he was, had no choice but to pick up on it, and wonder; ROBIN. Easy, and so he wanted to play with him –– reason for the bright red feather. He would end up going to the grave, saying that 2018 had to be the worst year of his life; and this was even before he knew what might come in the future.
A part of him was proud that he got the code, but then again it bothered him –– since in all truth –– Ed had made the code not too hard to understand. So he did feel like he might walk himself right into a trap, but right now he did not care. Plus, he had not even told anyone where he was going; so no turning back now. Besides, people might think he had fallen off the face of the earth already; since he had not really been social in weeks. There was no point in trying to surprise him, because knowing the riddler, he wanted to play –– and would never go down without a fight anyways.
So he used his skills –– but mostly the tracking chip he had long ago installed into Ed’s phone. The riddles were fine, but the rest was just annoying. But Red Robin knew that this had to be done, or else it would never stop. He saw the man dressed in green, debating if he should try and attack without warning or just let this play out like the other wanted to. Af Tim thought about it more, he would most likely decided to attack –– but reckless had become one of his friends lately; so he decided to play.
RECKLESS had never truly been a word to describe Tim. He was smart, he made fast and good choices – analyzed and read into every word, and every situation. Just not now, not this time. Right now he did not care to be any of that. Right now he just wanted to get this over with. No matter if he had come there to take him down, to play or be captive.
“$181, 529.14“ Red Robin said as he jumped from his hiding stop, landing right next to The Riddler. “ very inventive” @riddle-me-that
