The girl who’s in the same course as me likes both BTS and EXO, you guys don’t know how relieved I am rn.
Like 2 weeks ago I saw her BTS shirt but honestly not knowing what type of fan she is I wasn’t really sure whether to bring this up in conversation. Today we started talking about music and she mentioned she has some kpop songs in her playlist and started talking about BTS and EXO and that she listened to one or two songs by BLACKPINK and Red Velvet, I was thinking like “pheewww luckily she’s not one of those crazy people who think you can only like their fav group otherwise you’re a piece of human scum”. Then she talked about ships, and luckily she’s not one of those people who want to force their ships onto other people, bless her.
Now, she doesn’t know how to pronunce some names, but given that the romanisation is based off of the English phonetic system and we’re Italian so reading the English romanisation is not one of the easiest things to get correctly, so it’s ok, maybe she’ll learn the correct pronunciation later. Right now I’m so freaking happy that she’s not a crazy one, wow, she’s my first kpop friend and she’s also in real life - never thought I’d find someone to talk about kpop with tbh, I’m positively impressed!
