Ok, but do you think Jonathan ever buys his partner a bedside lamp, but not like normal one. No! That cute design targeted towards children? I can definitely see it, specially if there is like pumpkin or crow one.

Jonathan as child definitely had nights were he just woke up alone in darkness without any comfort, so now, he makes sure that, if his partner feels scares they can have a light to chase shadows away.

I can also see him buying like this string lights to put around his partner room, or even around a house. Just so there is always a way to chase darkness away. Beside he thinks they look neat on his book shelves and he is right!

Jonathan reluctantly commisions Edward to create a little scarecrow lamp for his partner is something I truly need and is now canon to my au.

Because Jonathan is only monster allowed under his partner's bed.

Giving birth is so horrifying and I hate absolutely everything about pregnancy from start to finish (no offense to mothers everywhere, some of my mothers are my best friends) BUT imagine if we laid eggs instead? Imagine a tiny little baby coming out of an egg like a lil birdie or snek? Incredible, I’d have 25.
