You are literally so ignorant when it comes to Floriana Lima. She doesn't actively look for "Latina roles" She's auditioned for many different roles and it just depends on the casting directer if she fits the part of not. And the character of Maggie Sawyer was originally a white blonde chick so it wasn't even a Latina role to steal. The casting call for the character didn't even have any ethnicity attached to it so stop your bitching and actually respect people.

Before I start, has asking people to stop bitching actually worked in the past for you?

1. “She doesnt actively look for latina roles”... dude, you cant complain about ignorance if you’re not gonna do your research.

2. In the words of Andrew Kreisberg, executive producer of the show: “She says in her introductory episode that growing up gay and Latina in Nebraska made her ideally sympathetic to people who are different and people who don’t quite fit in.'” Whatever shade of white Maggie is in the comics, the series producers wanted her to be a woc. 3. I don’t respect white people who take away opportunities from mine, so no. She’s actually one of the many italian american actors out there to take latinx roles! But you’re right. I am so ignorant about this actress I actively researched after finding out that she was just another italian american. I was heartbroken when I learned that Maggie, a character I loved, was being played by another white straight woman, so you bet your ass I made sure to have bases before I started hating her to hell and back.
