When: Present Day Where: Star City - Barbra’s Place With: Barbra @oraclestandingby
The loss of Batman was a heavy one likely to affect the entire (already unstable) city. The Light had several interests at stake in Star City, hence her arrival to enforce their will. However, for the moment there were no explicit orders so she’d decided to make her presence known. Her daughter came first but Barbra Gordon was a close second; the woman hated her, of course but they’d been forced to work together in the past, and she wasn’t about to underestimate her.
It was perhaps somewhat cliche, but she’d easily broken into her apartment and was waiting in the dark; the other may know she was here or may not, it didn’t matter since Shiva wasn’t trying to herself undetected. She reclined on a sofa, a sword resting at her leg, and waited till the door opened. “My condolences on the loss of Batman.” she said, voice soft, low and even, “He was a fine warrior.”
When: Present Day Where: Star City - Babs’ Place With: Barbra @oraclestandingby
Teddy was feeling, well... a little numb about the whole thing. Sure he and Bruce hadn’t been close but, they’d worked on the same team before the Avenging League and saved each other’s asses more than once. He didn’t really know how to compute him suddenly not being here anymore. What he was feeling though, had to be a fraction compared to Babs. She was the member of the BatClan he was closest to, so he turned up at her place with two coffee’s and several donuts, figuring she could use the food. Hell, he might even have one.
“Hey Babs,” he smiled slightly when she opened the door, “I come baring caffeine and sugar. How’re you holding up?”
