Preparation:
1. Clean the Carrots by pilling its upper skin slightly.
2. Wash it.
3. Grate the carrots.
4. Boil milk in a pot and keep it aside.
Procedure :
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Then add all the grated carrots in the pan.
3. Stir it until its color gets changed and a tempting fragrance starts coming out of it.
4. Add sugar in it and again stir until the sugar in it melts.
5. Add milk in the mixture and let the mixture get cooked for around 15 to 20 mins until halwa thickens.
6. Once it it done. Garnish it with nuts and serve warm or chilled.
Its tastes yummilious. Give a try to my type of halwa with orange color carrots. You wont stop licking your fingers.
