If you want to cool off in the summer, try this Orange Pineapple Summer Sorbet that has mint and basil added to it.
Ingredients: 4 oranges, juiced. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/2 cup water.
Instructions: Put orange juice, pineapple chunks, mint leaves, basil leaves, sugar, and water in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mixture in a shallow bowl and freeze it for four hours, or until it gets firm. Stir the mixture every hour to keep big ice crystals from forming. When the sorbet is firm, pour it into serving dishes and, if you want, top it with more mint leaves. Serve right away and enjoy!
