These Oreo Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Bars are a decadent treat combining the rich flavors of brownies, creamy cheesecake, and crunchy Oreos. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!
Ingredients: 1 package Oreo cookies. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 box brownie mix. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup water. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup chocolate chips. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Crush Oreo cookies into coarse crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions by combining the mix with eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Stir in chocolate chips. In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo crust in the baking pan. Pour the brownie batter over the cream cheese layer, spreading it out to cover evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into bars.
