A few years ago, NASA’s mission to Saturn’s orbit, established that the planet’s moon, Enceladus, had a global ocean in its midst. Observations from this space operation indicated that the interiors of the moon were, in fact, not frozen.
Could living things exist or potentially survive on Saturn’s moon, Enceladus? Analysis of data from NASA’s Cassini mission has indicated, in its samples, certain organic molecules — the "building blocks of life" — that could essentially harbor living organisms on this celestial body. The new study has been published in Nature journal.
NASA's Curiosity rover has found evidence on Mars with implications for NASA's search for life.
