What can I say? The deponia trilogy had me in it‘s grip again. Especially Argusˋ point of view…. I wonder what a feeling that must have been. To grow up with an adoptive father who promised you the world and made you bailiff, only to find out you and your 11.000 brothers were always destined for death. No wonder he wanted to start a revolution. Everyone is crying for another sequel, BUT I WANT A PREQUEL

Em 1939, perseguido pelo nazismo, o médico, psicanalista e cientista natural, Wilhelm Reich fugiu para os Estados Unidos, onde começou uma nova fase de sua vida e carreira onde atrairia ainda mais críticas e ceticismo da comunidade científica.

A partir de 1940, ele começou a desenvolver "acumuladores de Orgone": caixas que funcionariam como bloqueadores de campos eletromagnéticos nocivos, permitindo que dentro do espaço se concentrasse a "Energia Orgônica".

Os curiosos objetos atraíram o interesse, e a imprensa logo começou a ridicularizar o austríaco, chamando seus inventos de "caixas sexuais".

Suas ideias e práticas criaram certo incômodo nos vários lugares por onde passou.

Em 1954, a Justiça ordenou a destruição de 250 acumuladores e a incineração de toda a obra de Reich.

Muitos historiadores consideram esse um dos piores casos de censura da história americana. Fonte
