Did a little change up~ I really didn’t like the hair on Canine. So I went back to his original design. I also removed all the highlights cause I just didn’t like it. I also see some color missing but totally missed that. But I’ll be re uploading this once I finish more of the team anyway.

A rare moment of tenderness, but Freke is greedy and still demand attention, while Gere is ready to give him everything (Freke has just saved him from certain death, and those scars will forever remind him that he owes his life to the companion he cannot stand).

The boys came out briefly to help me test a new (for me and them) thing from Lush, a product they have that’s simply called ‘Fun’ and combines the concept of soap, shampoo, bubble bath, and... modeling clay. It comes in different colour combos and scents, and we tried the Festive Friends one, which has a sweetly citrus scent and is probably no longer available because it’s seasonal.

Oops.

At least everyone got to get in on the making-stuff-with-it aspect of the stuff! (For those wondering what the heck Jax made, he is 100% that kid who just wants to see what happens when you kneed all the colours together. In direct contrast, Tint did a portrait of Sarge.) The rest of the review is under the cut!

You’re supposed to get the bubble bath aspect of this stuff by crumbling bits of it under the tap while filling the tub, so that’s what I did first, using Tint’s portrait, Jax’s lump, and one of Taint’s flower petals. The bubbles achieved were nice enough, but nothing to write home about for quantity. Then again, I used a relatively small amount of Fun for a fairly big bath, so using more would probably get you more bubbles with this method.

It also turned the water a delicate shade of pale green, white and green being the primary colours in the bits we used, and, delightfully, it gave the water a really delicate shimmer, since the Festive Friends set is sparkly. So, right there, it still made a pretty, understated bath that was quite enjoyable.

However, I have access to a whirlpool tub. Was this as bubbly as the bath could get using this amount of Fun? I decided to turn on the jets and find out!

...no, no, using the tap did not give us peak potential, I added no more of the stuff to the bath and got this many bubbles in about a minute, and they’re really nice bubbles that last a good amount of time! It successfully ticks the box as a bubble bath!

In regards to how it works as a shampoo, Taint helped out with this since he has long hair. Actually, we both gave it a whirl - when paired with a conditioner, it actually works quite well, though it takes a little figuring out if you’re used to using liquid shampoo like me!

All in all, the 734th and I fully recommend giving this stuff a try - it is indeed very fun, both to make shapes with and as a bubble bath, and you get a lot for your money! I’ve used maybe one of those disks it comes in so far to a grand total  of two bubble baths, two showers, and washing my hands with it multiple times. This is a really good value and a great time! I’d say I’m going to buy more, but that probably won’t be for awhile - gotta use up what I have, first! ;D
