These were some monster designs originally posted on a side blog (that had mostly to do with monsters, go figure). Anyway, they are a bit older but I do like them.

The concept was for a fictional town in Utah that was kind of, 3 steps to the right of reality. It sort of existed in this dimension and sort of…not. These are the for the most part safe for work designs, though some body horror is involved.

First, Void Guy, then Knox (the skull stilt walker), the Twins, and my version of Pyramid Head, The Grim Revenant, or Grim (also affectionately know as Cage Face).

CRYPTIDS ZINE: ILLUSTRATION CONTEST

while our contributors are hard at work and you’re holding your breath in anticipation of the Cryptids Zine, we’re hosting an open-to-all illustration contest! we invite you to submit an illustration of a cryptid of your choice, to be considered by our organizers. one winner will receive a free physical copy of the zine. submissions will be open from March 20, 2019 to April 5, 2019. the winner will be contacted and announced on April 8th, 2019.

GUIDELINES + must be all original work (no fanart) + no sexual content + 1 entry per 1 illustrator

our team has just discovered a new cryptid! we can’t make out the details too clearly though... fill out this poll by Friday, May 24th 2019, to help us determine what our new friend might look like. then our wonderful illustrators will help us put together a proper sketch and our search for them can begin!
