Hi! Since you guys seem to have a book club/rec thing going. I’ve recently read a few lgbt things:

It’s Not Like It’s A Secret by Misa Sugiura

(ya. F/F. Centered on a Japanese girl in California who also learns a bunch about prejudice and privilege. It is LOVELY).

Red, White and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston

(ya. M/M. VERY funny. Very PR games oriented as well.)

Top Secret by Sarina Bowen & Elle Kennedy

(ya. M/M. Contains erotica. Is basically a frat boy AU fanfic with a lot of smutt. If you’re into that. Go for it. It’s 👌written)

Currently reading The Gentleman’s Guide To Vice And Virtue by MacKenzi Lee

(ya. M/M. Victorian era young British Lord sent on a last hourra through France with his sister and bff (who he’s pining for) before he has to be an adult, part with said bff and also, you know, stop with all the boys in his chambers stuff….)

So here are some of the things I’ve read lately. Would you believe I didn’t mean to pick a string of lgbt themed things in a row? I just got lucky. ☺️

Didn’t mean for all of these to be Young Adult either. There just seems to be a lot more of good lgbt stuff in this category in my orbit. 🤷‍♀️

Now….. What are YOUR recommendations, guys??! What should I look into after that??

Thank you for the recommendations, these sound great! (also sidenote I haven’t read gentleman’s guide, but did read the sequel, which is called The Lady’s Guide to Petticoats and Piracy and is a f/f story centered around the sister from the first book. you definitely don’t have to read the first one to read the second bc they’re two entirely separate stories and the characters only kind of overlap, but the sequel was a really fun read so i’m sure the first book is also good)

Wipin' these black boots. Hoping tomorrow's interview, goes well because in truth, my resume speaks different proofs. Just like my spirits stayed mixed up. Sick to my stomach, anxiety keeps coming. I recently switched to a Mac laptop. We have communication issues. It thinks I'm an idiot. I want it to go my way. It doesn't understand what I mean. I get frustrated. He whirs its fans at me angrily. We struggle. We make it work... I called him Bob.

I had a laptop called Odin at one point.
