anyways here is a kinda old oc of mine, Francisco Garrett! about 50 people may remember him cause i wrote a fic about him, but anyways...

Garrett is an NCR soldier stationed in Bittersprings. he grew up with a wealthy family in New California and was given just about anything he wanted. when he turned 18 and his family told him he was supposed to marry a girl he had never met, he decided to join up with NCR and head east to the Mojave. although he still has to adjust to some commoner things, he enjoys not being under the thumb of his parents every moment of the day.

also he may be gay for a legionnaire but that's not relevant rn
