She had been quick to cut him off; Removing the blade from his throat before slamming the tool into one of his arms - twisting it in place - before yanking him a little closer to the ground. Barely a scratch compared to how he had killed Medic (not permanently per say, but enough to rattle anyone).
After all, time travel? She’s heard of weird things - seen and lived through weirder - but there was always a limit to what one could believe. There were better odds that the man before her was a spy that managed to upgrade their disguises, but that idea went up in smoke when his presumed disguise didn’t.
“Try again. Who are you, and how did you get here?”
It would be wrong to think that one could get a straight answer from a nutjob, but she tried anyway. Partly to sedate her own confusion. Partly because she wasn’t sure of what to do about the intruder. True, they had killed the doctor, but they managed to avoid raising any alarms. Hell, even a spy couldn’t get away with that after so long, and she couldn’t hear the stark voice of the administrator shrieking that there was an intruder in the medbay.
So that left him as either a secret member of the administration, or a lunatic civilian, and she was much more inclined to believe the latter.
