Orki: Kio remake

A lone spirit swimming in the depths of the ocean singing their lullaby fooling poor souls into their grasps as even the ocean can hide something so large from the starlight above. Alone for so long they recall nothing else. Wooo I finally got around to finishing this guy, the sketch for this redesign has been sitting about for months now. I do still like his old design, it just never gave me the feel I always wanted for Kio
