Kinda love how yjh goes from "kdj isn't a constellation he's just an human" to "kdj has the answers" on the astronaut arc and [SS spoilers] "the star that has protected him all this time". On the angle that this is a "regression"(negative development instead of positive), it shows that in the middle of a long mourning is NOT a good place to be mentally, and maybe this idealization wouldn't be thoughts yjh would indulge much if he had kdj alongside him.

On the other hand, while kdj is very much human, he's also a constellation and undeniably the "world". kdj has both aspects in him, and yjh is aware of it. After all, he went into the 1865 turn wanting to save both his companion and sponsor.

The origins of the Kim dokjas either from 49 or 51 is something that is just so dynamic between all of them and omg I love each Kim dokja equally (and could rant about them all) but just this little moment really shows that

Because while a Kim dokja from the 51% original chooses to live in reality, the thing 51% longed for but could never have

Neither of the 49% brothers of Kim dokja could choose that because their origin was so hurt by their reality and wished nothing more but to live in fiction
