Meet Spruce! An approximate seven-month-old Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix. He is a fun-loving energetic pup who would do well with an active, structured family. He loves to run so he would be best suited in a home with a fenced yard. No small children as his first instinct is to jump. He also needs help in the house training department so he needs a very understanding family that will help him work on a few things and help him adjust. Spruce is basically a giant puppy!. Meet Sassy, an approximate five-year-old female spayed, domestic shorthair cat. She arrived at the shelter on Aug.7 and was very skinny and in poor shape. She is doing much better now but requires a gastrointestinal diet to 'keep things regular'. She is not a fan of being held but enjoys chin scratches. No small children as she can be a little 'sassy'.
