OMFG! I’m super stoked. @osirisapollo got me a Christmas gift of art from the lovely @vinnie-cha! It’s engineeringSpace!Dean and hippie!Cas!! (I could not figure out which I liked more to post, so I wanted to post them both)

It’s so beautiful and perfect, and I love it. Just look at all that paisley!!! And it was so fast! Drool over this art. I know I am. I will never tire of looking at it!!!

This is for my story, Awaiting Peace (fic link). It’s a sci-fi fic and it’s still being worked on and might take a bit to finish, but it’s a world that’s been stuck in my brain for so long I needed to get it out. This makes me want to abandon my DCMB for a minute and pump out some wordssssss. 

Synopsis: Traveling across light years to inhabit and terraform an undeveloped world is a dream of many aboard the Forfax. But the excited faces and adrenaline coursing through their bodies are short lived. The trek will take just over ten years if everything stays par for the course—and as we all know, that’s just not how life works.When the station is under threat of being devoured, a new gang of friends have to team up and find a solution before they run out of time. Bonds are formed, confidence is found, and skills are tested to their limits.

Summary: Gabriel is acting very strange when Castiel gets to the Great Hall for breakfast. It's easy enough to ignore, until Dean Winchester starts acting strange as well.

Comments: 9/10. It’s so cute and fluffy. Cas is a Slytherin and Dean and a Hufflepuff. They are secretly having sex, but also falling for each other. However, Cas doesn’t believe that Dean the popular would want to be seen with him. He does and oh it’s so cute. This is adorable and short and I can’t get enough of it.

As a side note, I wanted to give a special shout out to you, @destimushi and @envydean for being so awesome and giving me feedback so quickly. 

While kudos and comments are ALWAYS appreciated, right after I post a fic there’s always that nail biting doubt that sets in. “Ack I should have rewritten this” or “Did I leave that too vague” yadda yadda, so those first few comments and such are sooooo valuable and needed. Splendor for the Sight- 1,300 words

Dean figures out how he feels about Castiel by way of a few weird obsessions with certain body parts.

True and Faithful Be- 5,500 words

Dean takes Castiel to the city to do their Christmas shopping. He doesn't bother to tell him it's a date.

Afforded the Greatest Glee- 2,000 words

The lights of the tree were reflecting brilliantly in the angel’s eyes, and there was a small smile tugging at the edges of his lips. His cheeks were flushed and the hunter couldn’t tell if it was to do with happiness or the cold. It didn’t matter. There was only one thing on Dean’s mind, and he stared at Castiel’s lips with a fascination he could not control.

Gay and Bright- 3,000 words

Sam had been the first to wake up, and knowing his brother was planning to sleep in was all the motivation he needed to rush into Dean’s room like the bunker was on fire. “Whaa..what is it, Sam?” Dean rolled out of bed, pulling the demon knife out from under his pillow and landing on his feet in one smooth motion. “It’s Christmas!” Sam grinned evilly and clapped his hands together drawing his brother’s attention from the still open door. “Let’s go see what Santa brought us.”

A Different Kind of Fireworks- 2,000 words

The Winchester's (including their angel) head to a local watering hole to celebrate the new year, and Mary being alive, and the family being together for the holidays. With all this celebrating it's no wonder Dean ended up so drunk. Luckily, Castiel gets to reap the benefits of Dean's loss of inhibitions.
