I'm so excited to share my @dragonagereversebang art prompt that inspired Settiai's fic of this name. I've long been feral about the idea of non-mage Hawkes being in the King's Army with Carver at Ostagar and escaping together and was desperate for someone to write me some fic about it. Now someone has 🥰

Imma call this done. I don't want to see warrior warden armor in a long time.

I wanted to do a little lineup of the Ostagar veterans in the party and what they would've looked like at the eve of the battle. I like to think Alistair and Melina were repping the grey and blue. Alistair's is fitted, since he had some time to get his own set. Melina is wearing someone's spare and it's a tad too big on her.

Unsure about whether Barkspawn would have kaddis or not since he was out of commission and recuperating from the taint. I have a version with and one without.
