the walking dead actually doesn't make a ton of money, and their cast are some of the lowest-paid actors on television.

How is that possible? The show is extremely popular and they have like 10 ad breaks during an ep.

I agree but when things are quoted in quotations those are actual quotes, anything else could be at risk of libel or slander lawsuits.

Yes they have guests from time to time! Off the top of my head they've had the singer/rapper Lizzo, and the producer team Grey.

i would love both/either louis and niall on the podcast Switched On Pop. Song writers and musicologists deconstruct songs from head to toe including isolating base lines, analyzing note sequences, etc etc., and interpreting what they think the meaning of certain things could be. i love it so much and it'd be awesome to hear louis or niall on it.

That would be so cool.  I’ve loved every Switched on Pop episode I’ve ever listened to.  Do they have guest pop stars? I thought it was just the regular guy - if they do occasionally have guests I would be so into listening to them talk about their favourite songs.

i love harry as much as the next person but the whole “kindness” thing being put on a pedestal is baffling to me. radical political change and activism cannot be founded on kindness. what has that ever accomplished.

Well the people who are praising Harry’s kindness aren’t necessarily seeking radical political change - people have a wide variety of political views.

By talking about niceness in a video tribute to Martin Luther King Harry both suggested that he sees it as part of his politics - and (I think) revealed how terrible it is as a political statement.

I think as a motto for himself there are some positives to be said for ‘treat people with kindness’ (although it still leaves me cold), but there’s a lot to unpack in a man telling his almost entirely female audience to be more kind - and the more I unpack it the less I like it.
