Oh I just realized something...
After Fyodor's soul leaves 'his' body for the next host (aka whoever killed him), the last host reverts to however they looked originally. That's the reason after death, the corpse's hair lose their purplish highlights.
In ch. 129, if you look carefully from the moment he was decapitated to the final "I hate you all", his hair is slowly losing those highlights, and by the end, the hair goes completely dark. reverts to the last host, the sniper in the car.
That aside, why is the car and its passenger(s) so mysterious?
We are neither shown the sniper's face, nor the driver. surely, the sniper isn't the driver, because the sniper is on the shotgun side. Then, it's just a series of noises and bam, the sniper is Fyodor. makes sense, since he took over the body of the one who killed him.
Once again, we are conveniently not shown the insides of the car. next we see, Fyodor is driving the car. he has put on the seatbelt.
And yet, in the "why hello" panel, he is not wearing the seatbelt? Once again, why are we not shown the shotgun side? Is it empty? Did Fyodor crawl over to the driver side, put on the belt, and start talking into the communicator?
then why does Fyodor exit once again on the shotgun side, and not on the driver side??????
No, like seriously, what's going on? is this anything, or simply the artistic paneling is supposed to be like that, and nothing more?
Why is the insides of the car so damn mysterious???
