the end of ARR ... just makes me feel empty... I mean I was kinda sad, shocked seeing the announcement. I first saw it here through an ask and I opened ARR.

Man, this sounds downright lame now, but ARR is my morning routine! I may skip checking ikemen apps (lack of time is one of the main reasons and I love my voltage boys more anyway) but I never did that to ARR! I'll miss this app terribly

The sequels,.. Aizen's route... Finally some romance in Yakumo and Aizen's cards... special events... ugh

it's so sad to lose them all!

Losing lovestruck in April, ARR in Oct... this year hasn't been great of sorts, and I've got my shitty personal and work life...

I guess that's what life is all about, losing big things and small ones, but moving on... I tell myself over and over again not to get overly attached to otome games I play but... here we are.

What next? Now that they have axed ARR, will they localize their recent standalone japanese shinsengumi based game?

I wished for that game to be released in EN but... will they chop it too? at one point? they gonna rip COD next? or is it SLBP? I have my doubts... but its clear they are gonna axe them if profits dip! I buy/pay for my otomes, and when those games die, it feels like a lost investment besides the emotional loss.

my question to you, who's been so kind to read til the end of this post is...

WILL YOU INSTALL ANOTHER VOLTAGE APP AND BE READY FOR ANOTHER POSSIBLE HEARTBREAK?

At this point, I don't trust voltage anymore but I will install that app, because I love historical themes. I fear losing love 365, but that's their paid app. So, I'm not that fearful but... what if it comes to that one day?

Okay, a little bit of a rant oncoming with spoilers.

Okay so I mean no offense to Comte stans, but ever since doing Will's routre, and just learning more in general about Vlad and Will's relationship alongside Comte himself, my opinion of him is just...a lot lower than before, I can't really respect him, although feel free to change my mind. I personally believe he was rather careless with taking care of Will ever since he turned him, even though it was his responsibility as a pureblood to make sure they're alright. He's just rather incompent about it all, and leaves Will alone to be manipulated and twisted by Vlad.

Granted, he had no cause to know about Vlad being in Paris, but he instead leaves Will to get hurt by the world. I know Will made the decision to leave the mansion, but that's a sacrifice that Comte allowed. And in most routes, whenever something goes wrong, he immediately has suspicions about Will. On Arthur's route he even goes to his house to confront him about it. Honestly, my sympathy for Will and like of him has just skyrocketed because he's treated like shit by virtually everyone, let down by everyone and his creator, and his only real friend is Vincent. I wish he got better and had more love because he deserves it.

Of course, I don't think he's completely innocent and guilt free but the main thing is that Comte basically let's him down.

I also can't bring myself to entirely like Vlad because of what he does to Will too. But maybe when his route comes out I'll change his mind, bc I do find him interesting.

I should have posted this earlier but anybody who is playing the English IkeVamp app right now would know.

RANT AHEAD. Read at your own discretion.

Kiss event started on 7 Oct (my time zone) and the revival event started on 12 Oct. 

Cybird is being a real shit right now by overlapping a new (revival) event right smack in the middle of an ongoing event. And they end within a day of each other. It’s already SO annoying when they do this in IkeSen by overlapping 1/2 days towards the end of the current event. But they have now one-upped themselves by doing the same thing (but worse) in IkeVamp.

It is really baffling. What is going on with the EN Cybird team? Are they even putting any thought into this? Obviously not. Is that why they also put out a survey at the same time to gauge players’ response? Did they not expect some form of backlash? [I did the survey and ranted about it in the free comments section]

EN team keeps on disappointing me. If they are going to keep up with this kind of practice, I will not support even IkeVamp anymore with my money if this is how they are going to be (because they don’t deserve it). I already no longer support/ actively play EN apps for IkeRev and IkeSen because they are being so crap right now.

It’s not that I’m completely dropping Cybird games; I’m just not playing actively on the EN apps anymore. And I shall continue to lurk around the JP apps just to look at the new shiny pretty stuff (and there are plenty).

Also on a related topic, Voltage recently did overlapping of events too by starting the Wedding Campaign before the Unbreakable Spell event was over. IT’S SUPER ANNOYING. WHY DO COMPANIES LIKE TO DO THESE THINGS?!

When I read that we had to rank within Top 400 to get the frame, I got angry immediately. I have the same frame in my JP account, and while I remember nothing at all about the requirements, I am somehow quite sure it wasn’t like that in the JP version.

Why do I say so? Because I am a FTP player and there is definitely no way I would have gotten this frame in the JP account if the players were expected to rank in Top 400 (Japanese players are super hardcore competitive).

My faith in the EN Cybird team has dropped yet again, and I suspect it is a bottomless pit because it just keeps on dropping further.
