Otone Peke!
Otone Peke was the result of an error in the "Crypton factory", where Vocaloids such as Miku, Rin, and Len were being released.
Peke was different and flawed in many ways.. but what was her biggest flaw?
She didn't have a voice!
"No good! It's useless!" ("ダメだ！こんなものペケだ！" )
..that's where her name Peke comes from. Her surname, Otone (乙音) comes from "音ねえ", a very shortened version of "音が出ない".
Despite all of this, though, she's quite optimistic.
You probably know her from Mellun's talkloid where Rin, Len, and Piko try to give her a voice.
