Gives nose/forehead kisses Shizuo, he’s taller. Izaya sometimes plays with it, pretending like he’s mean to kiss Shizuo on the lips and then, changing on the last second.
Gets jealous the most Shizuo.
Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive Izaya kinda happens to be responsible like that and sends Shizuo a car.
Takes care of on sick days: Shizuo is more considerate, and actually kind likes taking care of Izaya. Izaya is a little bit less patient at first and just calls Shinra cuz anything that can make Shizuo sick will low key freak him out.
Drags the other person out into the water on beach day: Shizuo ca n n o t believe Izaya would go all the way to the beach with them to not get rid of his ugly coat, he is N O T letting things go like this.
Gives unprompted massages: Shizuo, since Izaya spends way too much time time at his desk. Izaya, sometimes.
Drives/rides shotgun: Shizuo and Izaya, respectively. I like to think Shizuo will become a very responsible driver cuz he kinda has to, after his 19389 attempts of getting his license. Izaya can drive, its just not his favorite thing to do, by far. Shizuo will end up learning how to enjoy it, it calms him down.
Brings the other lunch at work Already answered that before, but if Izaya surprises Shizuo at his job so they can have lunch together, it would be very sweet. Too bad Izaya very rarely does that, like, twice a year, and in one of those times something is up. Most of the time, Shizuo is the one who barges in on Izayas office to remind him to eat.
Has the better parental relationship Tricky. Shizuo is a good, supportive and attentive dad, but might spoil his kid rotten if left unsupervised. Izaya is the responsible one, who says “no, and thats final” and helps them do homework
Tries to start role-playing in bed ... Izaya, as a joke. It makes Shizuo very confused, at first.

Makes the other eat breakfast Shizuo to Izaya. He cooks it himself so Izaya has the obligation to eat all of it, really.
Remembers anniversaries Izaya, merely because he’s organized, actually. Or so he tells Shizuo.
Brings up having kids Izaya is actually very scared about the possibility of Shizuo being sad without them, so he’s the one who actually brings up over and over, to carefully study Shizuo’s reaction about it.
