Do you think Emma ever looked at her wrist when she was in prison and thought of Lily and how Lily said that Emma was all the good in her? Do you think that she wondered that if she was suffer then Lily must be okay? Do you think this helped get her through her rough days?
So sexually assaulting men must run in the family huh?
Finished 4.19 “Lily” and we find out that Zelena is pregnant with Robin’s baby. Is this not considered rape? But somehow someway Zelena gets forgiven for this though?? Now while Regina is in no way in a position to throw stones, why the fuck would you forgive someone for this heinous behavior? I don’t remember when it happens, probably season 6, but Regina and Zelena try to be siblings buddy-buddy best sisters and stuff which is CRAZY to me.
And then to make matters worse, after Robin dies in season 5, I distinctly remember when the baby is born they name her ROBIN!!!!!! THAT IS LUDICROUS!!! Name the baby that was conceived under false pretenses after the man that was violated… Were they being so serious in the writer’s room?
It would appear so unfortunately.
And on the other side of this episode… Lily and Emma.
I lowkey can’t help but feel like Emma is being super fucking dramatic about this whole Snow and Charming thing. Ok girl you’re upset. Her anger really shouldn’t have lasted this long tbh. Im sure in tv show time, it’s only been like a few days since she found out but my god the way she’s reacting is over the top I can’t help but feel. So they lied … so what! Emma has lied to them before just fine. All parents do some sketchy ass shit for their kids at one point or another!
Anyway, the flashbacks between Lily and Emma are really sweet. Feels very gay but that’s ok too 😂. The way Lily was talking like the sun only shined when Emma was around is like WOAH. I was cracking up. Poor girl just wanted to understand why her life sucked only when Emma wasn’t in her life.
I’m rewatching ouat and I’m on 4x17 and I just realized that we were absolutely robbed of Ursula and Cruella raising Maleficent’s daughter (Lily) and making it their mission to reunite mother and daughter and get vengeance on the Charmings. I’m furious. They should’ve returned as villains with Gold to do that while being as goofy as they are in canon. Those three were such besties that Ursula and Cruella were standing guard while Maleficent waited for her egg to hatch and then chased after the Charmings calling them cradle robbers, and you’re telling me that they would just leave Maleficent’s daughter alone and abandoned in a new and strange world?? They would never do that to Maleficent and her child! They would’ve been Lily’s godparents if not just straight up her second and third moms had she not been sent away
Evie stealing her mother's iconic line and Harry doing the same with his stepmother, Emma's, line.
A Heroes and Villians world edit where evil snow white terrorizes her poor son (Chad).
Captain swan inspired Haudrey scene.
Sibling love between Maleficent's children (Lily, Mal, and Hadie).
Like Henry and Killian did for Emma, Lucy and Gil have both brought Chad home.
You know the deal. Jay and Chad are two of the most impulsive descendants characters and in my story, the same is true. And this is usually their excuse.
(*it). Poor Ben doesn't realize how tackless his girlfriend can be until this happens, lol.
A Haudrey edit.
Descendants friendship edit.
The sad ending where Chad (Charming) Nolan outlives all of his friends and boyfriend, and never stops grieving.
OUAT Headcanon - The Dragon is Mushu and also Lily’s father.
So me and @writingmyownfate were at Steak and Shake fangirling about OUAT, swapping theories and such and the subject of Lily and how we haven't seen her in a while. Then the topic of who her dad came up. Our headcanon? The Dragon is Mushu, and he is Lily’s father.
Let's break this down (don’t worry there’s a TL;DR!):
We know that Lily doesn't know who her father is because Maleficent conceived her when she was a dragon. Lily says “It was a dragon thing.” So, that leaves us to believe that her father is a dragon. The next step is pinpointing which one.
We know that OUAT pulls inspiration from many places, including fairy tales and Arthurian legends. However, there are not very many named dragons in those. The well-known dragon characters that come to mind that are non-Disney (at least for us) are usually Draco from Dragonheart, Falkor from The Neverending Story, Smaug from The Hobbit, and Haku from Spirited Away. We can rule out all of these on the basis of a few things. One, Draco and Falkor are not from very relevant or successful properties. Smaug is already on screen and not under the Disney umbrella and therefore unable to use, and we have not seen any notion of Miyazaki films in OUAT since they are all still under the Studio Ghibli umbrella and Disney merely distributes them. This leaves only the big pull from OUAT: Disney Characters.
A quick Google search of “Famous Disney dragons” yields 5 movies. Tales of Earthsea (another Studio Ghibli film and therefore unapplicable), The Reluctant Dragon and Dragonslayer (niether of which very relevant or successful), Pete’s Dragon, and Mulan.
Now, following Disney’s tendency to put in characters from newly-released films Elliott from Pete’s Dragon is a very real possibility considering the live action version of the movie that recently came out. However, the real answer has been with us since Season 2: Mushu.
The Dragon is a character introduced in Season 2 of OUAT as a wise Chinese man that knows almost everything about magic, and seems to come from a land that is not ours. Knowing that dragons seem to be able to take human form in OUAT’s universe, isn’t it interesting that Mushu is also a Chinese guardian, and as such would most likely know a good deal about magic. It’s also worth noting that he was introduced in Season 2, the same season Mulan was introduced in. The kicker? In this season, we recently saw The Dragon in his true dragon form. He was a red eastern-style dragon with a yellow underbelly. And...how does Mushu look again?
This also explains why Lily doesn’t seem to resemble her mother, with her skin tone being lighter and hair being darker. Historically, Asian genes are just more dominant than western genes, so it would make sense that Lily would favor those traits. It would also make sense as to why Lily never knew anything about her father, even though he WAS a dragon. He ended up in our world, rather than The Enchanted Forest, which we know he was in thanks to Mulan’s presence. Lastly, according to a line in the same episode we see his true dragon form, it is revealed that The Dragon had a daughter. It never said who, exactly, only that he lost her after making a mistake.
His name also makes alot more sense now. A bit on the nose but yeah! Headcaonon accepted!
TL;DR: Mushu is the only significant dragon owned by a company OUAT pulls from that has enough success to warrant an appearance in the show. The Dragon in OUAT is a wise chinese man and that suits how Mushu would look if he were human, which we know dragons can be in OUAT thanks to Maleficent and Lily. The Dragon has alot of knowledge about the world and magic, with different abilities, something Mushu would have being a Chinese guardian spirit. The Dragon in his dragon form is red and gold, just like Mushu. He was introduced in the same season as Mulan. AND we know he has a daughter thanks to the episode in which we see his dragon form and that he lost her because of a mistake.
I found my sister's DVD of Barbie as Rapunzel... She was obsessed with it as a child.
In this movie Rapunzel has as friends a white rabbit and a purple dragon and finds a magic brush that opens portals..
What if Killian gifts Alice that brush without knowing its power right before he gets cursed?
And about the dragon.. What if Killian asks for Maleficent's help to free Alice, a parent to another and while they try to figure out something Alice and Lily become friends but nothing gets fucked up because Lily has still light in her? And spend time playing together and watching their parents sass each other but the truth is that they grew to care for one another?
