ginoza hating latent criminals because it’s what he could so easily become and because it took away two people he loved the most (his father and best friend).it caused him to lose his father and be discriminated against alongside him as just a child. 

not only that but by thinking of it as a moral failing instead of a flaw of the system it makes it so that he has a chance to fight back against going down the same path.

being in denial of the sibyl system and such a staunch supporter of it also means that he didn’t "lose” his best friend and father for nothing. that there is some meaning to it that it does keep people safe and it is perfect. because the alternative shatters everything he’s built his life on.

also the anger and jealousy he holds towards his father for relying on and “liking” kogami seemingly over his own son but in reality his father is just trying to protect his son from going down the same path.
