Meet Team JinFit 💝 . So this is it the night before our big run and we have done all we can to prepare ourselves physically and mentally for this beast. . What a day ❤️ . The ladies got stuck into classes today and each and everyone of them gave it their all 💪🏻 . We are all built differently and we all have different strengths and abilities and it’s important to listen to our bodies. I know it’s frustrating when you see others doing things that you feel you can’t but stop comparing yourself to others you are on a different journey to them your body is powerful in its own right. . It has taken me years to rebuild my body and get to where I am today. People respect and understand that we all start somewhere and that sometimes adapting a workout to fit your needs is a must to make sure you can give YOUR 100%. CARDIFF HALF WE ARE COMING TO HET YOU! 💪🏻 With 20 strong women we will run, walk and even crawl the Cardiff half to help raise awareness for CF and Rheumatology wards in Cardiff and Vale NHS. These women have never taken on the epic adventure of running but each and everyone of them are pushing themselves out of their comfort zone to help others that fight every damn day.
