Taking you all the way through your pregnancy and help and advice for after care. I have take my time to creat a class that you can do from the comfort of your own home live and on demand, all you will need is a resistance band and a yoga mat. Staying active during pregnancy can help you have a more comfortable pregnancy. The more active and fit you are during pregnancy, the easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain. It will also help you to cope with labour and get back into shape after the birth. Exercise is not dangerous for your baby. There is some evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour. Held live on Zoom every Wednesday evening at 7.00pm all sessions will be recorded and uploaded on to the website the same evening so you want ever miss a session and you can even do it again within that week.
