Had a sub tonight, a lady who is from Wisconsin and is down here until April. Been teaching 28 years! I had her class before on a Thursday night 2-3 weeks ago, and she’s good. She would have to be to make it 28 years!

Anyway, good class, this is the mostly cardio type class, thus ... mostly cardio with large amount of time in peak HR zone. :)
