Crushed them out on the Buffalo River yesterday. We caught close to 100 between the four of us. The water was crystal clear and it was a beautiful crisp fall day. Most the fish were caught on jigs, flukes, jerkbaits and tubes. Crushed them on the Harpeth River this morning! Chris, Kent and I all caught a largemouth over 4 lbs. A couple even bigger ones came unbuttoned. The water level was way up, and expectations were pretty low, but we found a nice little wintering hole that they were stacked up in. This time of year slower moving sections of river with deep water and rock are good areas to fish.
