Dude is rude. Okay, he didn’t know anyone was showering, but he doesn’t avert his eyes. She is more angry at her girlfriend for inviting him to join than at him though. (I’d be angry too.)

Ough...nooo...

Just remembered how when I was a kid I was at a horror movie sleepover, and ended up with media related trauma from that event...

And it wasnt caused by a single of the movies we watched during the night... While the horrors we picked were all things considered to be genuinely disturbing, they did nothing to me...the night atmosphere and our groups willingness to be scared... left me completely undisturbed...

But...

The next day I woke up to sunny morning and a lovely atmosphere....And to the Outer Limits episode Simon Says, playing on the tv (perfectly wholesome morning program, yeah? Haha)

There is a scene where a robot child pets a cat to death with its horrible little claw hands, and doesn't notice that it is dead, because he doesnt know any better...

paraphrasing from memory, the scene goes like this;

"Daddy, dont turn on the light, if you turn on the light you will scare her, she finally likes me, and fell asleep in my lap."

"She allowed you to pet her? Thats wonderful!"

"Yes, I like her, she is soft.. So soft*

*Reveal of the robot child petting some unrecognizable bloody mess*

...

Left me sleepless for many days n nights...Haunted me for years...

Take some time to check out this really stylish and creepy sci fi series from 1963 if you have not seen it.

Film noir, monsters, and futuristic concepts for the time made this show a cult classic, and still worth a watch today.

Clancy Brown (Earth 2, Carnivalé, Starship Troopers, Shawshank Redemption, ER, Outer Limits, SpongeBob Squarepants (lots of other voice over acting and almost 400 credits), in 'The Gone Fishin' Job,' Leverage.

He plays what would probably be considered now a MAGA ‘America for white Americans’ nut who is funding a militia to take over the government in some dooms-dayer situation.

Clancy Brown is one of my very favourite character actors that I just never see enough.
