Hey anon - asking for diversity is something you can actually do, especially since it doesn't require any of the artists to follow through! Diversity can't be forced, but if people decide to change their minds and say, "Hey, maybe I can interpret a character with [X] skin tone," more power to them. You're also creating quite a large strawman. No one is calling anyone racist here except you.
Bam x2.
outinthetwilight replied to your post: You remind me of the cancer trolls, but not for the obvious reasons. More so the abnormality, the mutation, not only the fact that you exist but that you break so many rules in simply existing. You’re a game changer. You make people re-think things and add in clauses and sub clauses to the rules of the universe. You change common perceptions just be being what you were born to be, WHO you were born to be. So yeah. You’re the Sufferer.
MAKE THIS REBLOGGABLE
No, you make it rebloggable. I'm 2 kawaii 2 do it.

Ravenclaw How would you like to be known to history? The Wise ***The Good*** The Great The Bold
Hufflepuff
2 Claw, 2 Puff on Q1.
QUESTION 2:
You enter an enchanted garden. What would you be most curious to examine first? The silver leafed tree bearing golden apples ***The fat red toadstools that appear to be talking to each other*** The bubbling pool, in the depths of which something luminous is swirling The statue of an old wizard with a strangely twinkling eye
Hufflepuff What kind of instrument most pleases your ear? The violin The trumpet ***The piano*** The drum
Ravenclaw Four boxes are placed before you. Which would you try and open The small tortoiseshell box, embellished with gold, inside which some small creature seems to be squeaking. The gleaming jet black box with a silver lock and key, marked with a mysterious rune that you know to be the mark of Merlin. The ornate golden casket, standing on clawed feet, whose inscription warns that both secret knowledge and unbearable temptation lie within. ***The small pewter box, unassuming and plain, with a scratched message upon it that reads ‘I open only for the worthy.’***
Gryffindor
Four goblets are placed before you. Which would you choose to drink? The foaming, frothing, silvery liquid that sparkles as though containing ground diamonds. ***The smooth, thick, richly purple drink that gives off a delicious smell of chocolate and plums.*** The golden liquid so bright that it hurts the eye, and which makes sunspots dance all around the room. The mysterious black liquid that gleams like ink, and gives off fumes that make you see strange visions.
Hufflepuff
Once every century, the Flutterby bush produces flowers that adapt their scent to attract the unwary. If it lured you, it would smell of: A crackling log fire ***The sea*** Fresh parchment Home
Slytherin
2 Puff, 1 Claw, 1 Gryff, 1 Slyth on Q2.
QUESTION 3:
A troll has gone berserk in the Headmaster’s study at Hogwarts. It is about to smash, crush and tear several irreplaceable items and treasures, including a cure for dragon pox, which the Headmaster has nearly perfected; student records going back 1000 years and a mysterious handwritten book full of strange runes, believed to have belonged to Merlin. In which order would you rescue these objects from the troll’s club, if you could? Select order: 1. Dragon Pox Cure
2. Merlin’s Book
3. Student Records
Gryff primary, Claw secondary, but you know the problem. #1 answer for EVERY SINGLE HOUSE.
Which would you rather be: Envied? Imitated? Trusted? ***Praised?*** Liked? Feared?
Gryff primary, Slyth secondary, but again you know the problem - this question has a huge Gryff bias and Ravenclaw has no good answers. (This is Ravenclaw's #2 along with Gryff's, Slyth's #1, and Puff's #3, although imitated might overtake praised for Puff soon.) Which of the following do you find most difficult to deal with? Hunger Cold Loneliness Boredom ***Being ignored***
Ravenclaw/Slytherin
So this depends hugely on her question selection. Fairest question places her as a Ravenslyth.
QUESTION 4:
What are you most looking forward to learning at Hogwarts? Apparition and Disapparition (being able to materialise and dematerialise at will) Transfiguration (turning one object into another object)
Flying on a broomstick Hexes and jinxes All about magical creatures, and how to befriend/care for them Secrets about the castle ***Every area of magic I can***
Ravenclaw primary/Slyth secondary If you could have any power, which would you choose? The power to read minds The power of invisibility The power of superhuman strength The power to speak to animals The power to change the past ***The power to change your appearance at will***
Slyth primary, Claw secondary (but you know the issues here, too - Ravenclaws pick this more often than Slyth in practice, and a large number of Gryffs like it.)
Which of the following would you most like to study? ***Centaurs*** Goblins Merpeople Ghosts Vampires Werewolves Trolls
Claw primary, Gryff secondary (interestingly enough, in practice, more Gryffs than Claws pick it)
Definitely the Ravenclaw lean on Q4.
QUESTION 5:
One of your house mates has cheated in a Hogwarts exam by using a Self-Spelling Quill. Now he has come top of the class in Charms, beating you into second place. Professor Flitwick is suspicious of what happened. He draws you to one side after his lesson and asks you whether or not your classmate used a forbidden quill. What do you do? ***Lie and say you don’t know (but hope that somebody else tells Professor Flitwick the truth).*** Tell Professor Flitwick that he ought to ask your classmate (and resolve to tell your classmate that if he doesn’t tell the truth, you will). Tell Professor Flitwick the truth. If your classmate is prepared to win by cheating, he deserves to be found out. Also, as you are both in the same house, any points he loses will be regained by you, for coming first in his place. You would not wait to be asked to tell Professor Flitwick the truth. If you knew that somebody was using a forbidden quill, you would tell the teacher before the exam started.
Hufflepuff (with significant crossover in practice between this and Slyth)
You and two friends need to cross a bridge guarded by a river troll who insists on fighting one of you before he will let all of you pass. Do you: ***Attempt to confuse the troll into letting all three of you pass without fighting?*** Suggest drawing lots to decide which of you will fight? Suggest that all three of you should fight (without telling the troll)? Volunteer to fight?
Ravenclaw Which road tempts you most? The wide, sunny, grassy lane The narrow, dark, lantern-lit alley ***The twisting, leaf-strewn path through woods*** The cobbled street lined with ancient buildings
Gryff Which nightmare would frighten you most? Standing on top of something very high and realizing suddenly that there are no hand- or footholds, nor any barrier to stop you falling An eye at the keyhole of the dark, windowless room in which you are locked ***Waking up to find that neither your friends nor your family have any idea who you are.*** Being forced to speak in such a silly voice that hardly anyone can understand you, and everyone laughs at you
Puff
Late at night, walking alone down the street, you hear a peculiar cry that you believe to have a magical source. Do you: Proceed with caution, keeping one hand on your concealed wand and an eye out for any disturbance? Draw your wand and try to discover the source of the noise? Draw your wand and stand your ground? ***Withdraw into the shadows to await developments, while mentally reviewing the most appropriate defensive and offensive spells, should trouble occur?***
Claw A Muggle confronts you and says that they are sure you are a witch or wizard. Do you: ***Ask what makes them think so?*** Agree, and ask whether they’d like a free sample of a jinx? Agree, and walk away, leaving them to wonder whether you are bluffing? Tell them that you are worried about their mental health, and offer to call a doctor.
Claw
So 3 Claw, 2 Puff, 1 Gryff.
QUESTION 6:
Dawn or dusk? Dawn ***Dusk*** - Huffleslyth Moon or stars? Moon ***Stars*** - Huffledor, with the usual 'but Claws pick stars most often!' Forest or river? ***Forest*** Gryffinclaw River
QUESTION 7:
Black or white? ***Black*** - Slytherdor White Heads or tails? ***Heads*** - Ravenpuff Tails Left or right? Left ***Right*** - Huffledor
QUESTION 8: (in case of a hat stall)
Which House would you rather belong to? ***Gryffindor*** Ravenclaw Slytherin Hufflepuff
Well, hate to say this, but the quiz isn't going to be putting her in Gryff most often (well, it could, if you used the questions with the most bias, but...yeah, taking into account the cure order and praised having their issues...it's more like her #3.) She can definitely get Gryff, but it's not at the top.
I definitely call Ravenclaw as her #1 - Q1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 all have an even-to-majority chance of getting an answer with Ravenclaw weight. Hufflepuff's probably #2 - she doesn't have any Puff in 3/4, which might throw this off, but 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 all produce even-or-better chances of getting Puff-weighted answers. After that, Gryff's #3 - really, outside of sea or black, Q3/4 is the only place she has any Slyth, and it's generally tied to Ravenclaw (change appearance, learn everything, being ignored) or just to a super-popular answer (praised.)
So, yeah - Ravenclaw > Hufflepuff > Gryffindor > Slytherin, per the quiz, but she'll have a really decent shot at Gryff if she takes the less-fair Q3s. She can get any of the Houses (sea/being ignored or praised/change appearance or learn everything/dusk/black would Sort Slytherin, and she probably would need only 4 of those as long as the rest of the Sorting didn't lean too heavily Claw [for ignored/learn everything] or Gryff [for praised/black.]) Hufflepuff Sortings would be an interesting reversal of what I usually see with Ravenclaw - the Claws hate answering the way they "should" a lot of the time on Q3/4. Here, she has Hufflepuff on every question but Q3/4, when usually my Puffs pick up their points because of Q3 in particular (trusted, loneliness, werewolves all net a lot of people, as long as it doesn't swing to Gryff.) But she is really more Ravenclaw overall, because of having Ravenclaw potential on everything up until Q6/7 (and even then, forest/heads are both 'Claw.)
Realize I've never done a ranked sorting! So why not?
QUESTION 1: Which of the following would you most hate people to call you? Ignorant>Cowardly>Ordinary>Selfish

Claw > Puff > Slyth > Gryff How would you like to be known to history? The Great>The Wise>The Bold>The Good
Slyth > Claw > Gryff > Puff
2 Slyth, 2 Claw. QUESTION 2: You enter an enchanted garden. What would you be most curious to examine first? The bubbling pool, in the depths of which something luminous is swirling>The silver leafed tree bearing golden apples>The statue of an old wizard with a strangely twinkling eye>The fat red toadstools that appear to be talking to each other

QUESTION 3: A troll has gone berserk in the Headmaster’s study at Hogwarts. Book>Cure>Records
Ravenclaw primary, Slyth secondary Which would you rather be: Praised>Trusted>Liked>Envied>Imitated>Feared
Gryff primary, Slyth secondary (possible Ravenclaw tertiary, but it's weak compared to the other two.) Trusted is Huffledor, liked Hufflepuff, envied Slytherin, imitated Ravenclaw, feared Slytherin. See the problems in the essay I just put up: praised + trusted + liked = 75%+ of all answers, while imitated and feared are rarely given. (This question is the absolute worst for Ravenclaw, and pretty bad for Slytherin.)
Which of the following do you find most difficult to deal with? Being ignored>Loneliness>Hunger>Boredom>Cold
Slytherclaw > Huffledor > Huffleclaw > Gryffinslyth > Slytherpuff
2 Claw, 3 Slyth, 1 Gryff (although 2 of the Slyth are secondary weightings, while at least 1 of the Claw and 1 of the Gryff are primary. Not sure about being ignored's primary vs. secondary.) QUESTION 4: What are you most looking forward to learning at Hogwarts? Every area of magic>Transfiguration>Broom Flying>Castle Secrets>Apparition/Disapparition>Magical creatures>Hexes and jinxes
Ravenclaw > Ravenclaw (secondary possibly Hufflepuff) > Huffledor > Gryff > Slytherdor > Puff > Slyth If you could have any power, which would you choose? Change appearance>Invisibility>Superhuman strength>Speak to animals>Change the past>Read minds
Slytherclaw (more Slyth) > Gryff(inpuff?) > Puff > Huffleclaw > Slytherdor > Ravenslyth
Which of the following would you most like to study? Centaurs>Werewolves>Merpeople>Ghosts>Vampires>Goblins>Trolls
Ravendor > Huffledor > Slyth > Gryffinclaw(puff)? > Slytherclaw > Puff
3 Ravenclaw, 1 Slyth, 1 Gryff

Do you: Confuse the troll>Suggest all three fight>Draw lots>Volunteer to fight
Claw > Slyth > Puff > Gryff

Claw > Gryff > Puff > Slyth. My ordering, and the way that reflects popular ordering.
3 Claw, 2 Gryff, 1 Puff QUESTION 6: Dawn or dusk? Dusk>Dawn Huffleslyth > Ravendor Moon or stars? Stars>Moon Huffledor > Slytherclaw (with the usual caveat about actual Claw percentages vs. assigned symbolism) Forest or river? Forest>River Gryffinclaw > Slytherpuff
2 Puff, 2 Gryff, 1 Slyth, 1 Claw QUESTION 7: Black or white? Black>White Slytherdor > Huffleclaw Heads or tails? Tails>Heads Gryffinslyth > Ravenpuff Left or right? Left>Right Ravenslyth > Gryffinpuff
3 Slyth, 2 Gryff, 1 Claw QUESTION 8: (in case of a hat stall) Which House would you rather belong to? Ravenclaw>Slytherin>Gryffindor>Hufflepuff
I'd say Ravenclaw wins, followed narrowly by Slyth, then Gryff, then Puff in last - so your actual rank is evenly matched with your preference!
Hair Responses
Melissa: Thanks for the signal boost, bro
Alex: I know it'll repair itself, but my hair is very very fussy and I'm worried to risk it. I've also read that once the henna has oxidized, people don't have much luck with the alcohol and peroxide, unfortunately ._.
