How do you lot organize icons? Just dump em all in one big folder and name them? Not name them? Organize into subfolders which might comprise of "Moods" or "Outfits" or "Props"?

Especially when you have a lot of icons...

That text generator does a pretty good job of replacing the jagged speech bubbles, aND i DOnt hAvE to DO anYthING liKE thIS AlL The TiMe (cause lets face it, that took forever to type), but it also makes it kinda hard to read.
