In The Flesh << it's a BBC3 show that sadly got cancellend after the 2nd season. Very good writing and awesome characters, if you don't mind series about the zombies (which it is).

I really liked Two Night Stand. It's a romantic comedy, pretty silly but also very very cute and lighthearted. It's a great watch for when you need something to cheer you up and take your mind off everything else!
