Also my headcanon on how Lin helps deal with the over blots, she’s not magical but she does have a trait that makes her sensitive to people on the verge of overblotting, this forms as ribbons that tighten- even though she can’t see them herself under normal circumstances- as the person gets more unstable. 

It links her to their mental state, and since each one has had that grey out piece where you get the history of what brought them to over blotting, that’s what she goes in to whenever the ribbons get so thick and tight she can see them- though that just happens when they over blot- and then she goes into their subconscious and has to pull them out of their manic state after the slight dialogue of what even brought them to that point.

Debating on writing my own alternate scene of TW Chap 3 with OB Azul battle and Calypso. Thoughts?

General idea: 

Will be a drabble taking place when Azul goes boom and OBs. Jade and Floyd THINK Caly is off elsewhere so she doesn’t see what is going on. And well...yea.

She shows up. It will be angsty, bit dramatic and who knows what else. Can’t say much without giving it away. Leave a comment plz or just like this post if you would like to read something like this.

Riddle’s Overblot

The grey, of course I paraphrased and alluded to a good amount of what he says/talks about rather than copying each sentence because that’s boring.  Of course since most of this is stress that’s been piling since his childhood that’s why she at first sees him as a child- and because I feel at this point he was still subconsciously just seeing himself as a child that had to obey the rules lest he be ostracized from people even more.

Also I dressed Lin up as a version of Alice! So now with that plan in mind each time she goes into these greys she’ll probably be wearing something relevant to who’s she’s talking to, so for Leona she’ll probably be wearing something more tribal and I’m excited to look up ideas for that.
