Over Booking | Otelms Over Booking is a situation when the number of confirmed reservations exceeds the actual number of available rooms in the selected accommodation property. This phenomenon is widely known in aviation, but in the hospitality industry it is no less common and most often leads to serious consequences for both guests and hoteliers themselves. Denuncia.
