This is Wooly, or rather an Overdesign of wooly similar to my first Overdesigned character.

Yes those are the six human souls from undertale, most of them will have them because it wouldn't be a powerful design with the power left out.

The shell design? Something cool about it.

Overdesign is a crazy concept you can do for any character (and have the patience for it). You don't have to go too crazy with shading or any shading at all. You just draw as many details as you want and when its out of space? Extend it with (I have ibspaint) the lasso tool to pull it up of widely for more space.
