Writing papers.
Struggling with the urge to eat.
I am not hungry.
I just ate a really decent sized meal.
But I am not stuffed full.
This is probably why I am struggling. The urge to eat is still there; sometimes feels like it is always there.
It is just a combination of stress and what? Boredom? I am dealing with needing to write 2 papers today and struggling to get going on them.
I am working on acknowledging this feeling and allowing it to pass without acting on it.
Going to drink some water. Pop in some gum and get a cup of coffee.
It will pass. It will pass. It will pass.
