Ha that's not my Halloween costume this year but don't you agree that Sports is an Art? . Bodybuilding is not only about building the body. That's only half of it. The other half is about performance, ie showcasing what you have built. . There is Beauty in Movement. And if performed with athleticism, precision, finesse and confidence, bodybuilding truly belong to the realm of the Arts. . This Nationals I have to thank my coach and fitness mentor @ahnanraj (he truly is the best in the coaching and personal training industry) for my conditioning and training. Thanks Coach! . And also to @gordantay as a friend and bro who has shared with me many pointers on posing. Give him some love as he just welcomed the birth of his first baby boy! . .
