Strawberry Overnight Oats
Don’t mind my sleepy eyes (been up for 24hrs) but I felt cute as I was taking my braids out 😊😊😊
Princess and his sub put toy away for the night. 8 hours alone fixed to a board, stuck under a bed, while they slept elsewhere comfortable and good - These were the most intense 8 hours of my life
Wrists, thighs and ankles fixed to the board. The top of my enclosure less than an inch away from my face when looking up. Claustrophobia to the max. I've never been so impossible trapped and immobilized for so long in my life.
The wooden boards on my back hurt, I spent all night struggling trying to get some relief moving a little bit one way or the other. Trying to get pain out of one place while it got to the next.
I was genuinely desperate. Having bursts of very loud complaining that didn't wake them up. Any sanity went out the window, I tried with all my strengths to remove any thing at all. Managed to remove the blindfold and the chain around my right thigh, but that was it.
Truly hell. Absolute hell.
A part of me can't wait to have some box here where I can be kept like that... but I know I'd be made to regret it every single day... 🫠

What is SATS? How to do it?

What is SATS?
It stands for state akin to sleep. It's a state between wakefulness and sleep. When your body is asleep, but your mind awake.
Can i manifest anything with it?
Yes, literally anything.
How do i induce it?
Well, there isn't really a particular way. Everyone is different. You can induce it however you feel like doing.
1. Laying down in a comfortable position, going through each of your body parts, and letting go of the tension. Then, when you feel like your body is asleep and mind awake that's when you start visualizing or doing what feels comfortable for you.
2. You can count backward from 100 until you fall into drowsiness and forget about your body.
3. The distraction technique is also a lot of successful from @luckykiwiii101 . Why it works so well is because, as the name says. It's a distraction method it makes you distracted from the 3d.
4. You can put on a guided meditation or subliminal, something that you won't fall asleep with. But will distract you from the 3d and your body.
How do i do it?
I tend to fall asleep, so what i do is. I take a nap during the day, or i don't lay in a comfortable position. I position myself so that my body is not that comfortable. Then i start to relax my body parts. I don't focus on the 3d, i literally forget that exists. Then once i forget about everything, i affirm BECAUSE i have my 'desire'. Not to have it, it's already mine. Then i affirm until i fall asleep or until i induce the void.

Just assume you are.
Can i manifest overnight?
If you assume so, yes.
Can i shift realities with it?
YES!
What if my manifestation doesn't fulfill overnight?
The most important thing is to know you already have it. No matter what. But, in that case, keep persisting!
