I mean you take care of the tablet and keep its drivers nice and updated and it usually behaves. If it doesnt you can reset the driver (i had to cause the wireless was a little brat) but i have a 1 year old intuos that i plan to drag into hell with me. Take care of the wacom and the wacom will take care of you. ( Also they have a tech support line for troubleshooting and are very helpful. Great company.)

(On the subject of tablets I just saw your post) yo don't knock them too hard, my roommate has a bamboo that's like 7 years old and perfectly fine and my mother has one that's, I swear, pushing 13 maybe 14. Wacoms don't die, like ever.
