Finally... they're using ABS so players can challenge bad calls by the umpire and get the right call after it's reviewed!!! Austin Wells just challenged the strike called by the umpire and got the call overturned!! That ball enabled Austin to work a walk and get on base, making the bases loaded. Unfortunately, we didn't score, but at least we had the chance to score, and the right call was made. Last year, the umpires made so many bad calls that adversely affected the outcome of the game for the Yankees. I'm looking forward to fair games based on what is actually happening instead of being adversely affected by umpires who need to see their optometrist. 😁😁😁 I am thrilled that they decided to use the ABS system and make the game better by doing so!!! I'm happy that I won't have to make my You Make the Call posts anymore because they have fixed the problem!!! Play ball!!!😁😁⚾️❤️❤️

I'm holding a real, print copy of the play I started writing as a senior in high school, and I'm like actually going to cry 😭

In a way, it's like so crazy because it was just like a capstone project I did so I could graduate, and it turned into so much more???
